A K–12 Compliance Management System meant for schools, trusts, school groups, and designated staff handling regulatory workflows.

2. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and updated data
• Protect login credentials
• Use features only for lawful compliance purposes
• Follow role-based access permissions
• Do not upload illegal, false, or harmful content

3. Platform Usage Rules

• Dashboard data must not be manipulated
• Alerts aid compliance but do not replace user responsibility
• Repository uploads must be legitimate
• Workflows must not be bypassed
• Audit logs cannot be altered
• Multi-campus access must be authorized

4. Data Security

All data is securely processed and logged. Refer to the Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All platform content and technology belong to Kalorex Group. No copying, reverse engineering, or unauthorized use allowed.

6. Service Availability

We aim for uninterrupted service but do not guarantee it. We are not liable for compliance lapses due to downtime.

7. Liability

Users remain responsible for meeting deadlines and ensuring data accuracy. We are not liable for penalties or regulatory consequences arising from user inaction.

8. Prohibited Actions

No unauthorized access, malware, bots, interference, illegal uploads, or unauthorized data sharing.

9. Suspension/Termination

Access may be suspended for misuse, breach of terms, security risks, or subscription expiry.

10. Modifications

Updated Terms will be posted. Continued use indicates acceptance.
